1. Why do I have two shipments?
We work with two different suppliers for our apparel to ensure the best quality for each product. For our Acid Wash designs, we use a separate supplier compared to our standard oversized t-shirts. If you want to avoid paying shipping costs, consider ordering three or more items to enjoy free shipping on your order!
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Within the United States: Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on demand. You can always reach out to us via the chat feature on our website to track the status of your order, and our team will be happy to assist you.
- International Orders: Deliveries take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country and the processing time at local customs. Feel free to contact us through our website chat to check if your order has been shipped to your country—we’re here to help!
3. What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?
Don’t worry! If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, you can request a refund. Just make sure to provide proof if your item is damaged (photos, for example), or contact us through our communication channels so we can confirm that your order hasn’t been delivered.
